Focus: Butterflies and, in particular, the elusive and enigmatic Purple Emperor.
Description: Though it’s easy going, it’s quite a long walk to the monument, and could be a lot of searching involved so please be patient. Drinks and elevenses essential.
Please note: Due to the species flight-times varying from year to year, the leader will be keeping an eye open for earliest signs of appearance, and this could mean a date change, maybe a venue alteration to Bentley Wood.
Therefore, it’s essential to book with the leader at the earliest opportunity so that he can list names and numbers to be able to contact people at short notice.
