WWT Slimbridge Wetland Centre

Meet: Inside Reception Centre to left of entrance. WWT Slimbridge, Gloucestershire, GL2 7BT
Focus: Waders and migrant passerines, including possible Wood Sandpiper, Yellow Wagtail and Whinchat. Also invertebrates around the site such as dragonflies and butterflies.
Description: Level walking of no more than about 1 mile, on tarmac or other hard surfaces, visiting hides. Bring picnic to eat in the Peng Hide or use restaurant. Sturdy shoes or walking boots recommended and plenty of layers of warm clothing. Please see website for entry fee charges. WWT members free.
